1. Bookings

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Access is permitted no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled start. All equipment and belongings must be removed within 15 minutes after the session ends.

• The 15-minute grace period applies only during normal studio hours and does not allow entry before opening or staying after closing.

• The grace period is solely for loading in and out and cannot extend rehearsal or recording time.

• Sessions exceeding the booked time may incur additional charges at the standard hourly rate, subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours notice: full refund.

• Within 24 hours: non-refundable.

• Bookings can be rescheduled without charge if requested more than 24 hours in advance.

• Late rescheduling (within 24 hours) is treated as a non-refundable cancellation.

• Failure to attend without notice is non-refundable.

3. Parking

• Parking is limited and first-come, first-served.

• Customers must park considerately, avoiding obstruction of neighbouring businesses, shared access, or emergency routes.

• Vehicles must not block entrances, exits, loading areas, or emergency access.

• Studio staff may require any obstructive vehicle to be moved immediately; failure to comply may result in booking termination without refund.

• Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner’s risk. Emperor Studios accepts no liability for loss or damage.

Oversized Vehicles

• Vans, trailers, and large vehicles must park without obstructing access or emergency routes.

• Staff may require repositioning immediately; failure to comply may result in booking termination without refund.

4. Equipment & Studio Facilities

• Basic equipment includes: PA system, microphones, stands, and cables.

• Additional equipment may be available subject to availability and additional hire charges.

• Customers must not remove equipment from other rooms.

• Damage through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may be charged in full.

• Emperor Studios accepts no liability for personal equipment.

5. Storage

• Storage is offered subject to availability and separate agreement.

• Items are stored at the owner’s risk. Emperor Studios accepts no liability for loss or damage.

• Customers are advised not to store items of high financial or sentimental value.

6. Smoking & Vaping

• Strictly prohibited indoors.

• Use designated outdoor areas.

7. Alcohol & Drugs

• Alcohol is not sold on-site. Limited consumption of beer, ale, or lager purchased off-site may be allowed responsibly.

• Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Anyone intoxicated, disruptive, or under influence of drugs may be asked to leave without refund.

8. Behaviour

• Customers must act respectfully toward staff, other customers, and the premises.

• Violence, harassment, threatening behaviour, or property damage may result in immediate removal, permanent exclusion, and law enforcement involvement.

9. Booking Responsibility

• The person making the booking is responsible for all group members and guests complying with these terms.

• Any damage, loss, or disruption caused by the group may be invoiced to the booking customer.

10. Damage to Property

• Customers must take reasonable care of the premises, equipment, and facilities.

• Any damage must be reported immediately.

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or deliberate action may result in full repair, replacement, or cleaning charges.

11. Right of Refusal

• Emperor Studios may refuse entry or terminate a session if customers breach terms or act disruptively.

• No refund will be given in such cases.

12. External Areas & Noise

• Customers must respect neighbouring businesses and residents.

• Excessive noise or disturbance in external areas (car parks, entrances, smoking areas) may result in session termination without refund.

13. Under 18s

• Customers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

• The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for their conduct and safety.

14. CCTV

• CCTV may operate in certain areas for safety and security.

• Footage is processed in line with UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.

• CCTV is not used in areas with reasonable expectation of privacy.

15. Liability

• Emperor Studios accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or property damage, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

16. Amendments

• Emperor Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• The version in force at the time of booking applies.
